Front Office Supervisor

Job Summary: Supervise all aspects of the resort’s front desk and assist the Front Office Manager as needed. Essential Functions: • Maintain a flexible schedule. • Effectively handle and fulfill all guest requests and/or issues. • Ensure accuracy of all shift end paperwork and night audit reports. • Maintain proper inventory of office and operating supplies. • Conduct coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action. • Create and maintain proper scheduling of employees. • Maintain Interval International’s front desk rating at or above five-star minimums. • Process all front desk invoices for payment in a timely manner. • Monitor all training processes. • Promote positive inter-departmental relationships. • Recruit, interview, hire and monitor training of new employees. • Ensure safety compliance at the Front Desk. • Appropriately document accidents and incidents. • Ensure front office operating costs are within budgetary guidelines. • Perform various functions of the Front Office Manager in their absence. • Perform all other reasonable job requests as assigned by management. • Proficient in Word and Excel • Effective oral and written English communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills. • One year previous supervisory experience. • Must have professional appearance. • Basic math and budgetary skills. Minimum to two years front desk experience.
