Owner Services Agent
Answer incoming calls from phone line in a prompt manner and implement customer service on any level that is needed.
* Answer Phone.
* Make reservations and resolve any client reservation, customer service/mortgage related issues that may arise.
* Work with internal and external departments to assist in customer concerns.
* Maintain or exceed the required performance levels, as outlined by Management.
* Perform all other job request as assigned by management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access).
* Excellent oral skills.
* Previous reservation experience preferred, but not mandatory.
* Minimum one year previous customer service experience.
